What to Bring
Ceremony Attire
Dress appropriately for the occasion—think business casual to semi-formal. You’ll be crossing the stage and taking lots of photos, so wear something you’ll feel confident and comfortable in beneath your gown.
Grad Bash Outfit
After the ceremony, many graduates change into something more casual or party-ready for the Grad Bash. If you'd like to freshen up or switch outfits, you’re welcome to bring a change of clothes.
Comfortable Shoes
You’ll be walking across campus and possibly standing in lines, so we recommend comfortable shoes for the day—even if you plan to change into heels or dress shoes later.
Weather-appropriate Layers
Check the forecast and bring a light jacket or umbrella if needed. Ceremonies may be held outdoors or involve time spent outside.
Bags and Essentials
You’re welcome to bring a small bag with your essentials. A secure storage area will be available on campus for you to store personal items like a change of clothes, extra shoes, or your Grad Kit while you participate in the ceremony.
Don’t Forget Your
- Graduation confirmation email or ID
