Returned Payment Fee A returned payment fee will be assessed the first time a payment fails. An uncollected fee may be reattempted up to two more times. Rescheduled failed payments are not subject to a fee if they fail. $30 each
Late Payment Fee Any payment outstanding after the due date(s) will be assessed a late fee. Any bill outstanding for one month may result in the termination of a student’s enrollment from BYU OHS. $20 each

Pay in Full
  • Pay the full school year's tuition upfront in a single payment.
Semester or Course-Based Payment Plan

Tuition is calculated on a per-semester basis and payment is made in full at the time of registration.

  • For Semester Live students, full semester tuition is processed on August 1 and January 1, or at the time of registration if enrolling after those dates.
    For Flex On Demand students, tuition is due in full for each course at the time of registration.
Monthly Payment Plan

Tuition is calculated on a per-semester basis and paid in four monthly installments per semester.

  • Designed primarily for full-time students enrolled in Semester Live courses who register before the add/drop deadlines.
  • Fall payments: August 1 (or at the time of registration if enrolling after August 1), September 1, October 1, and November 1
  • Spring payments: December 1 (or at the time of registration if enrolling after December 1), January 1 (or at the time of registration if enrolling after January 1), February 1, and March 1
  • A $30 payment plan fee applies and is distributed evenly across the four monthly payments each semester.
Pay As You Go
  • Pay tuition for each course in full at the time of registration.
  • Typically for non full-time students taking most courses as Flex On Demand courses (not following a semester schedule) who enroll after the add/drop deadlines.
